Un paio di anni fa ho comprato questa maglietta di Wonder Woman da Benetton e da allora l'ho indossata spesso. Purtroppo si è creato un buchino sulla manica e invece di buttarla ho deciso di modificarla leggermente.
A couple of years ago I bought this Wonder Woman tee at Benetton and since then I wore a lot. Unfortunately I found a little hole on the sleeve and, instead of throwing it away, I decided to modify it a bit.
Le cose di cui avrete bisogno sono: la maglietta, gesso per sarti, spilli, forbici, filo da imbastire, maglietta guida, macchina da cucire.
The things you'll need will be: the t-shirt, tailor's chalk, pins, scissors, thread, guide t-shirt, sewing machine.
Stendete la maglietta base sulla maglietta da modificare, usate il gesso per segnare dove volete tagliare.
Lay the guide t-shirt on the one you want to modify, use the chalk to sign where you want to cut.
Girate la maglietta al contrario, girate gli orli delle maniche di 1 cm e puntatele con gli spilli per tenerle a posto.
Turn the t-shirt inside out, turn the sleeves hems of 1 cm and use the pins to keet it place.
Una volta puntati, imbastite e cucite con la macchina da cucire.
Once pinned, baste the sleeves and sew with the sewing machine.
E voilà!
And voila!
