Mi spiego meglio:
Ho trovato su Pinterest molte ricette per fare dei mix di spezie in casa e ne ho provato qualcuno. Comunque, con tutto questo versare e mischiare di spezie secche ho pensato "E perchè non averle fresche?".
Così ho deciso di comprarne qualcuna da coltivare in casa.
Ho approfittato delle recenti vacanze in Liguria per comprare del vero e profumatissimo basilico ligure.
Poi, durante una gita da Viridea ho preso rosmarino, timo e timo aureo ( sa di limone!). Mi sono procurata anche menta piperita, prezzemolo e erba cipollina e mi sono ritrovata con una piantagione sul davanzale della cucina!
Così ho obbligato il Marito a fare un viaggio da Ikea ed ho trovato questo bellissimo, piccolissimo e molto economico porta piante e l'ho montato sul balcone.
This year I had this weird desire of pot herbs.
Let me explain:
I found on Pinterest so many recipes to do with many spices mix and I've even tryed some of them. However, with all this pouring and mixing dry spices I thought " What about fresh ones?".
So I decided to buy some to grow at home.
I took advantage of the recent vacation in Liguria to buy the real and super good-smelling ligurian basil.
Then, during a little trip at Viridea I bought rosmary, thyme and golden thyme ( smells like lemon!). I even got some peppermint, parsley and chive and I realized that I had a plantation on the kitchen's windowsill!
So I had the Husband come with me to Ikea and I found this little, gourgeous and really inexpensive kind of stepladder and assembled it on the balcony.
Il modo in cui tutto è sistemato è un pò precario, ma ho in mente altre modifiche da fare!
