Today it was a cooking experiments day. Helped by my special assistant, I made a salty strudel and a version of the "happy" turkey.
But lets go in order:
For the strudel you'll need: a roll of puff pastry, pesto and salmon ( I usee the smoked one, but it was a little bit too salty, so I suggest to get the normal salmon).
To make it is pretty easy:
Unroll the puff pastry and spread pesto all over it, then put the salmon in the middle of the plate and close it. Once closed spread a beated egg to seal it all and to make it a bit "golden" once ready. Put in the preheated oven at 180 gr C for 25-30 minutes.
Buon appetito!

Then, to make the turkey ( or any other white meat) "happy" you'll need: oil, lemon, balsamic vinegar, curry and ginger ( the spice not the person!!!) In a little bowl put a teaspoon of eveeything, except for the lemon juice, which you'll need half lemon for it. Put the meat into the marinade for about 30 min, so start cooking with just a bit of oil and then put as much marinade as you want while cooking.
Bon appetit!
I forgot to take pics because I was too busy to look after my little assistant, but I assure you that it was REALLY good. Even the Husband said it!!!!
XOXO, Alessia
